Lee Amaradio Jr.
Lee Amaradio, President &
Founder, has been an auto body
shop business owner for over
21 years. Mr. Amaradio founded
Faith Quality Auto Body in
1979. He started in this
industry at the age of 18 and
eventually opened his own
business at the age of 26.
Lee is an I-CAR certified
technician capable of managing
and repairing every aspect of
a collision, including paint.
He takes an active role in
keeping ahead of the
competition by upgrading shop
equipment regularly and
personally monitoring the
on-going training of the
employees.
Lee feels that quality is the
number one objective and
strives for that on a daily
basis. Due to his own
extensive technical background
he oversees all hiring of
technicians and employees.
This is to ensure that only
the best, top-quality people
are employed at this
establishment. He also
maintains that attitude in the
quality control of the shop
and the vehicles upon release.
Lee is a man of integrity and
quality work. His company’s
work speaks for itself. Due to
the top-quality management and
personnel of the shop we are
one of the top-notch auto
repair facilities in the area.
General
Manager
Steve Saunders
Mr. Saunders is the General
Manager of Faith Quality Auto
Body, Inc. He is responsible
for daily
operation & supervision of 60+
employees. Steve brings more
than 15 years of experience to
the auto repair industry. Mr.
Saunders is currently serving
on the Riverside County
District Chairperson for I-CAR
& has been volunteering in
this capacity since 1995.

Manager
Jason Webb
Jason has a bachelor degree
in business from San Diego
State and is working on his
master’s degree. Jason is a
estimator, IT technician,
parts tracker, and customer
service representative.
Jason is capable of working
in all office departments
when and where needed. He
is responsible for weekly
customer service reports and
customer care.
Quality Control Manager
Donald Trodgen
The quality control manager
inspects all work from the
technicians, preppers,
painters, mechanics and
detailers to make sure that
all Work meets Faith Quality
Auto Body Inc high quality
standards. Each vehicle
must pass a twenty-point
inspection from the quality
control manager in order to
be delivered to the
customer. After the vehicle
passes this inspection it is
then certified in writing by
our Quality Control Manager
Paint
Department Manager
Wilfredo Granados
Willie is our paint
department manager. With 5
paint booths and 5 painters
under his supervision. He
is a certified master auto
refinisher by Sherwin
Williams, with I-Car and ASE
certificates. His auto
painting experience is well
respected within our
industry. Willie has 35
years of experience and has
been with Faith Quality Auto
Body, Inc. For over 12
years. He personally color
matches our hard to match
colors by using a spray to
match test panel.

Sepulveda
Account
manager for Mercury Insurance.
John focuses on writing the
estimates, following the cars
through the repair process and
is responsible for quality
control.

Cesar
Diaz
Account
manager for Farmer's
Insurance and State Farm
Insurance. It is the
responsibility of Cesar to get
the cars through the repair
process as quickly as possible
after he writes the estimates.
He also sees that only quality
work is done.
Craig Drager
Account manager for 21st
Century, Kemper and Allied
Insurance. Craig focuses on
writing the estimates,
following the cars through
the repair process and is
responsible for quality
control.

Kim
Kimball
Kim is
responsible for handling the
main office. She has
been a member of our team for
the past several years and is
an integral part of our office
staff. Kim is extremely
professional, both in
appearance and in how she
represents the company to our
customers. Because of
this, she is always able to
make our clients feel
comfortable.
Natalie Luna 
Natalie is a customer
service representative
assisting Craig Drager in
processing Insurance claims
for 21st Century, Allied and
Kemper Insurance.

Sandra is a customer service
representative assisting

Barbara Federighi
Barbara is one of our
bookkeepers. She is
responsible for auditing the
final bills that are submitted
to your insurance company.

Parts Manager
Vinny Lastella
Vinny
has over 30 years of
experience in the car repair
business. It is his
responsibility to order parts
for all vehicles being
repaired. Because of
Vinny's extensive experience,
we are able to keep our
turn-around time to a minimum
as a result of wrong or
missing parts.
Freddy
Lucero
Freddy is
our Buff & Detail Manager.
He assures that vehicles are
properly buffed and cleaned
